You can return unused items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom items (embroidered, printed, or altered) are non-returnable unless faulty. Return costs are covered by the customer unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. See below for full details.
Returning an Item
We will refund or exchange any item* returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and include all labels. Please contact us before returning your items.
*This excludes embroidered, printed, bespoke or altered garments unless there is a quality issue (see below).

Clearly label all returns and include a note stating whether you want a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on non-new items or items received after 14 days.
Note: Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we delivered the wrong item(s).
Exchanging an Item
Include a note explaining what you’d like to exchange your item for. If you'd like to reserve a replacement item before sending your return, contact us to confirm availability.
Quality Issues
If your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunding of Money
While debits are processed quickly, please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear on your account. This timeline reflects the payment provider’s process, not delays on our part.
