Scilabubs “Frosters” cryogenic suits are specifically developed to provide protection and comfort against accidental splashes of cryogenic materials, including liquid nitrogen (-195.8°C), LNG and LPG. These suits are widely used in the oil and gas industry for the handling and distribution of ultra-cold materials.

The specialised outer layer is waterproof (resistant to condensation) while remaining breathable to prevent discomfort. High-efficiency insulation reduces bulk, allowing for improved mobility without compromising protection.

The Frosters cryo suit is supplied as a two-piece system consisting of a bib and brace overall and an over jacket. The overalls feature adjustable shoulder straps with Velcro fastening and an elasticated waist for a secure fit. The jacket includes a central Velcro fastening, adjustable cuffs and a practical internal pocket.

The standard version is supplied with a collar, with a hooded option available at manufacture. Please note that the hood is sewn in and cannot be added or removed after production.
