- Consumers (B2C): You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Business Customers (B2B): Returns and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in writing.

We warrant that our products will be of satisfactory quality and conform to description. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
